LU3: Activity 1

Working individually, students are required to discuss any issues related with Human Resource Functions.

Choose one among HR Planning, Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Managing Performance, Compensation and Benefits and Employement Laws as your topic of discussion, and provide a recommendation for each of the issues. (Issues must be related with small business activities)

The issues discussed must be coming from article/journal or even newspaper cutting.
